Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

Introduction

The Foxtek Candidate Referral Programme (“Programme”) is designed to encourage Foxtek candidates to refer other potential candidates who may benefit from our services. The Programme is governed by the following terms and conditions. By participating in the Programme, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Programme, you must be a candidate of Foxtek at the time of referring another candidate.

Referral Reward

If a candidate that you refer is subsequently placed by Foxtek, you will be entitled to a reward as per the following structure:

Permanent Placement

A reward of €1,000 will be given once the placed candidate has passed the rebate period.

Freelance Placement

A reward of €500 will be given when the referred freelancer starts. An additional €500 will be given after the freelancer has completed three months.

Payment of Rewards

All rewards will be paid within 30 days following the completion of the qualifying event (passing of the rebate period for permanent placements or start/completion of three months for freelance placements).

Referral Procedure

To refer a candidate, you must provide the candidate’s contact information to Foxtek. The candidate must acknowledge and agree that you are the one who referred them.

Exclusions

Candidates already known to or already in the process with Foxtek are not eligible to be referred under this programme.

Modification and Termination

Foxtek reserves the right to modify any part of this Programme or terminate this Programme at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Programme, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in the Programme.
